Full Body Batman Batsuit Armor from Arkham Knight is missing parts

It looks like this model is missing a few parts that are shown in the full suit image:

1. Knees are not in the files (sit above the shins)

2. front neck piece (between chest and cowl)

3. gloves (only armoured parts are provided, not the full glove as shown)

4. the white arms/thigh parts

Anyone else have this issue?
