Issues with Broken Mjolmir

So i bought your model for Broken Mjolmir. I wanted to printed for my little brother. But before printing it i checked the model and i found a few issues. I contacted you support, but they told me that they are not going to do anything about it and i am on my own. So lets see if there is a good soul on this forum.

The issues i found: 1) There is tons od places where the part just starts to print in mid air. Yes i could probably solve it with supports, but that would be just tons more material and the gaps are so small it would be pain to get them out if the even would get out. examples:

ree

2) Some parts are just corrupted and slicers cant open them. When i try to open them they just crash my slicers. I could try to download the models again but i cant since the link i got in mail tells me that i no longer have to this model.

3) Some parts are just weirdly put on build plate. You cant move them separately so the model would print longer than needed example:

ree

4) Previous part doesnt even have one plane so you cant place it in a sensible way. It has 2 planes and pivots on one line. Meaning that you have to choose a plane and support the other side. example:

ree

For a model that cost 20$ i wouldnt expect so many issues. I would turn a blind eye to that the model is quite new, but i would then expect a effort to help with these problems

Hello,

This file has been printed multiple times. It looks like the errors are there due to the glitches in the slicer. Also those 4 greebles are grouped and located in the corresponding position to help you know where each greeble is supposed to be. You may separate shells and orient it flat on bed to get the printed accordingly.
