My first print attempt looked great but at 100% it didn't fit my head. After I scaled it up to 115% (well, 114.9% because for some reason Cura wouldn't slice it at 115%), I have a helmet and the left horn printed. The right horn gets printed tomorrow when my other filament spool arrives. I'm extremely impressed with the quality of this model. The horns press fit snugly but easily into the holes though I'll still probably glue them in place after final assembly.I'm super impressed with this model. Thank you!
I just purchased this but I'm struggling to figure out how to slice it and orient it for best print. Obviously it'll need some supports but I don't know where. It will be printed on an Ender 5 Plus so it does fit in the build volume. Can you offer any advice on slicing? I'm currently using Cura 5.1 but I suspect I'll need to switch to SuperSlicer/PrusaSlicer.
Interesting. So you're using a support blocker on the top half of the helmet? I would've thought it would require supports to complete the top piece but apparently you can just rely on overhangs to do the trick? That'll save a lot of filament and time. I certainly would not have thought to orient the horns in that way. Thanks for the advice.

Nice work, this looks incredible!
