​Welcome to Do3D!
Do3D enables 3D propmakers and designers to connect with each other, build communities, and grow businesses. These Terms govern your use of Do3D, Chat, and the other products, features, apps, services, technologies, and software we offer (the Do3D Products or Services), except where we expressly state that separate terms (and not these) apply.
Community Rules
1. No spam. All automated messages, advertisements, and links.
2. Post in relevant forum and sub-forums only. Messages posted in the wrong topic area will be removed and placed in the correct sub-forum by moderators.
3. Respect other users. No name calling, flaming or abusing fellow forum members. Users who continue to post inflammatory, abusive comments will be banned.
4. Harassment. No threats or harassment of other users will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassing behavior is grounds for deletion from the forums.
5. Illegal content. No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other illegal content is allowed. Any posts containing illegal content or copyrighted materials will be deleted.
While we want to give you as much freedom as possible, rules are rules :) Please check this page frequently for future updates so that you stay as a healthy member in our community. Thank you.
3D Models and Project Files
This is a legally binding agreement between licensee (“you”), and Do3D regarding your rights to use our 3D models under this license. “You” refers to the purchasing person or user who must be at least 18 years of age unless the purchase is approved by a guardian or parents. You are NOT allowed to sell, distribute or share any part of Do3D's file and project resources even if the geometry/mesh of the file is modified or retopologized because it is still considered as the derivative of Do3D’s work (No Derivatives). The ownership of our digital artwork and design rights will always belong to us (Do3D), therefore, you are NOT allowed to register our design as your own design at any legal organizations, entities or groups. You CANNOT attain a brand/consumer product license on our designs unless you are approved by us (Do3D.com). Do3D reserves all rights to use any photos and images of printed/finished props if they are created/printed using Do3D’s 3D models. For commercial usage on Do3D designs, you would have to get the approval from us (info@do3d.com) As our designs are inspired from other popular movie and comic designs, it is your sole responsibility and liability if you break these terms. We are not affiliated in any way with those Intellectual Property owners who clam to be IP owner / character designer / company as we only own the IP rights of our fan-art designs (3D files and data) which have been created by our team Do3D. We also do not allow any group buying activities on the files you acquired through us. You may NOT aggregate funds to purchase our 3D models with one or more other parties unless you are qualified by us and doing it on our website Do3D.com. Outside of Do3D.com, each user must purchase the project files individually. These term of use applies to all Do3D’s 3D models whether purchased in the past or purchased recently. Finally, you can not list finished props made from our files at a third party marketplace WITHOUT Do3D's permission. Please check with us before you list the 3D printed products on other marketplaces. Please contact info@do3d.com if you have any questions or concerns on our terms of use. Do3D.com reserves all rights to edit or modify these license agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to check the change log of this agreement periodically. By checking the box below you are agreeing to Do3D's terms of use.
