Can we get parts lists in the armor kits?

I just picked up the Armored Deadpool armor kit bit it doesn't say "print 4 of these buckles and 2 of those pouches etc" or "make sure you copy/mirror the whole right arm to be the left arm" etc.

Looking at rendered photos is a good start, but it'd be a friendlier experience if there was something in the .zip file that indicated how many parts were needed, and maybe what size of person the parts are made to fit so we can scale accordingly. :)

Also, the kit doesn't include a matching helmet. Was it supposed to have one?
