i just finish this beautiful mask thanks to do3d for the file my printer is a qidi x-smart can someone help me out we what other printer would be best to print the its not to expensive thanks.
@Do3D.com That's no problem. After printing the screw cap a little bigger and taking out the smaller inside lip it fits on it.
The small improvements I would recommend is add some tolerance to the cap and make the inside lip/wall a bit smaller. The breathing holes on the mask to be thicker and the front of the mask longer by 5-10mm (my nose is touching the front, but that could just me haha).
Apart from that I love the design. Thanks for designing it!
Protective Mask has printed. Will need to tweak the setting a bit on future prints, but has printed not too bad. Ended up taking 4hrs 50mins with the above settings. The cap is not fitting on the mask at the moment. I am currently printing it out again a couple percentage bigger.
Just about to print it out. It's going to take 6hrs 30mins to print with the setting below. The position and settings are set to print fast without compromising too much on the strength of the print.

what is the piece that you put in first
Any chance for an update to the mask to allow for a TPU slip-on edging to be used instead of hard plastic being against the face?

Here is the mask I printed on my Ender3. I was going for an Iron Man look for the paint.
Hi, is there any update on V2?

Settings I am using to print on an ENDER 3:
Filament - PLA
Layer Height - 0.4mm
Speed - 60
Wall Line Count - 2
Infill - 10%
Supports
Heated-Bed - 60
What supports are needed
Has anybody details for printing? What kind of filament, speed, extruder, infill, supports, ...?
Has anyone printed this? We would love to hear your feedback. Thank you!
