Having trouble downloading a file

I'm trying to download the mk 39 full body armor but every time i click download it takes me to a page with two links the top one never works and the bottom on takes me to a terms of use page. I have finished the terms of use but it doesn't send me an email

Well i got the same issue. Some time the errors shows that unknow files and some free online word to pdf converter folder has been created automatically
