I modified and scales the do3d file to fit onto a digital scan of my arm And printed a few different versions before settling on the right scale/proportion that I liked.

My first attempt was a little bulky in the bicep and wide in the wrist area

my second print was narrower and more form fitting in the bicep but still a little wide in the wrist.

I printed a TPU forearm with a sized down wrist and cut A slit to slip my hand through it. This one fit great.

here’s one of the earlier versions but with the jacket from White sheep leather.

Side by side with the more form fitting arm. I dialed in the one on the right and printed it on my large format SLA printer

nice crispy details

all assembled into one piece and epoxied togerher

After a few rounds of priming, sanding, spot filling, and re etching lines

Here’s where I’m at currently, designing a printable mold jacket for the arm to be molded and cast in a single flexible urethane rubber piece.
More progress coming soon!
Thanks for looking!
It will take a long time to come up with a design that fits well with such quality, and octordle it's great!
it looks so realistic. But where did you find this Jacket? The jacket design is also super amazing...!!!
Looks good!! Did you happen to post an update anywhere?
Awesome! What software did you use to modify the file?
