1. Digital Products

All sales are final. Digital products, including pre-orders, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

2. Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of a membership unless required by applicable law.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us. Verified duplicate purchases may be refunded or credited at Do3D's sole discretion.
