IRON MAN MARK LXXXV helmet helper arms

I am having a heck of a time getting the helmet to open all the way. When I remove the helper arms the face opens right up but the helper arms are restricting the movement. I have printed everything at 100%. what am I missing.

From my experience, PETG tends to strike the best balance between flexibility and durability — it’s strong enough to handle movement without cracking like PLA or warping like ABS. I’ve also seen some creators mix materials, printing the main frame in PETG and smaller joints in resin for smoother motion. It really depends on how much stress the arms will take, but a good combination of materials (plus proper print settings and cooling) can make a huge difference in long-term reliability.
