Hey guys, my name's Caio, from São Paulo, Brasil. I work with event promotion, editing audio, video, images and now with 3D printing I'll show you a little bit about where ideas, projects and things start to come into reality.
WHERE IT ALL BEGINS Well, I actually do 3D printing for a little over a year, but I have been in contact with this world for a little longer. Like any game fanatic, I always tried to be more and more inserted in how everything is created, and one thing leads to another..
And this is where it all starts, this is my baby, it is through him that projects come out, ideas take shapes, colors, lately I have been thinking about making some upgrades, but due to the world situation, this is not the time ... a VIRTUAL REALITY EQUIPMENT it would fit well. (seriously, it would be of great help .. haha)
THE MAGIC Well, I bought my first and only printer last year (I even paid in 12x and the last one is next month lol)
It is a Tevo Tornado Gold, a FUCKING MACHINE MONSTER, capable of bringing everything I imagine to reality. https://www.tevo.cn/
I have nothing to complain about this brilliant machine, but I confess, just one is not enough for me, if I could, I would have two or three to speed up my entire process. It can print several types of filament, it is a good bed size, but I use more national brand PLA 3DLAB https://3dlab.com.br/ here in Brazil
I use some things to help in the process, sander, grinding, welding, airbrush and etc, the detail is due to the fact that I didn’t have much skill with it until a year ago, I would say that 3D printing has expanded (or created .. hahah) some unknown capabilities.
And it's funny how you discover yourself every day, doing things that you might never have imagined doing alone.
For large projects, I use an electric spray gun, for small projects, I use an airbrush with a mini compressor.
PROJECTS AND THINGS
Most likely most will know me for the mark85 "endgame" armor, which I printed with the wings and everything, is 100% complete. (If not, here https://www.do3d.com/forum/3d-printed-armors-props/iron-man-mark-85-endgame-100-complete )
But I also did many other things, the armor as I said, it was an idea of "having a real challenge", I wanted to see how far I could get with a machine.
Well, in short, that's all, I hope you like it (and that I get something too ... hahaha)
And good projects to all.
