NBI Quick renewal won’t work if you don’t have your NBI ID number. This is a unique number assigned to you for your NBI clearance, and you can put this in place of your ID number on the NBI website. The ID numbers were assigned from the year 2014 to the present, so if it shows an error on the screen, that means you don’t have your registration for that year and need to register online.
