The socketts for the hinges where the arrows are pointing are blocked, preventing motorization.
it must be a mistake, since all the parts for motorization are in the file.
hey boys at Do3d, could please correct that?
I tried myself, but if i convert the watertight .stl to a workable format for lightwave, rhinoceros, blender. cinema 4D etc, it is not doable to put a block in the right position to boolean subtract a slot in there
As is the only way to correct this is: to print the facemask and mill out that socket with a dremel, so i can glue in that hinge, but it will make it a weak spot with a tendency to break.

It’s disappointing to hear that the new Free Starboost Helmet has a mistake that prevents motorization. For a product that likely emphasizes innovation and performance, such an issue can really affect user experience and trust. Hopefully, the company addresses this flaw quickly with a fix or an updated version. Quality control is crucial, especially for gear that users rely on for safety and functionality.
