3D Printer & Tools Review

The Little Printer that Could!

A close friend of mine who fell out of 3d printing gifted me his old Dremel 3d20 awhile ago. Since then I have started a spree of projects! I've always loved helmets/mask's so that's immediately what I gravitated towards. I print for display, parties, film projects, and lately PPE for friends and family. Having access to something like this has been a game changer. But as my project's seem to grow in ambition I find the printing limitations of the 3d20 to really slow things down. Mainly being the printing dimensions, it's pretty small. I often have to cut things up into many many pieces. I've had great luck with Hatchbox PLA for filament and can't recommend them enough. https://amzn.to/3c6xF4Z For prepping all my prints I use Ultimaker Cura, https://ultimaker.com/software/ultimaker-cura and Meshmixer for occasionally chopping prints http://www.meshmixer.com/ 3D printing is only half the battle Doing the paint work, body cleanup, weathering is really what keeps bringing me back!
