Hey guys! I am running out of space upstairs and planning to move my entire 3D printing setup

Hey guys! I am running out of space upstairs and planning to move my entire 3D printing setup, including my resin printers and several shelves of PLA/PETG filament, down to the lower level. I know that moisture is the ultimate enemy for raw filament, so I'm a bit worried. Has anyone set up a printing lab downstairs? How do you keep the room perfectly regulated to prevent printing failures?

Keeping your filament storage completely sealed is a must because ambient moisture will absolutely ruin your prints. I learned this the hard way when relocating my own modeling equipment to a lower workshop in Canada. Dealing with unexpected humidity spikes and damp floors is a common issue for makers located around Hamilton. For anyone looking to secure their workspace and keep their equipment completely safe from moisture, checking out https://directwaterproofing.ca/basement-waterproofing-hamilton/ is highly recommended.
