Hi everyone! I'm new to buhurt and need advice on shields. What type is best for beginners? I want something strong but not too heavy. Round or heater shape? Also, how important is the material? Wood or metal edge? I train with a local group and want to survive my first tournament without breaking anything. Any recommendations? Thanks!
