I'm an illustrator and 3d generalist, and the current state of things has further driven home the need for a 3d printer at home. I have a backlog of models I've made in Cinema 4D that would serve all sorts of applications in the home, and up until now I have been able to print at a shared maker space. At the moment that is no longer an option, so getting one for the home is going to probably happen sooner than later.

That’s awesome! I’m in asphalt paving here in Tampa, and it’s kind of the same for us—having the right tools on hand makes all the difference. A 3D printer at home sounds like a solid investment, just like the equipment we rely on for paving jobs.
