How Do You Organize Large 3D Projects with Multiple Assets?
As 3D projects become more complex, managing hundreds of models, materials, textures, and project files can quickly become difficult. A messy asset structure can slow down the Cool Games workflow and make collaboration between artists much harder.
I’m interested in learning how other 3D artists organize their projects efficiently. What folder structures, asset libraries, and naming conventions do you use to keep large 3D scenes easy to manage, update, and share with your team?
Are there any specific workflows or tools that have helped you maintain consistency across different projects?
