Can’t Start Programming Because of Windows Software Issues
I’ve been trying to start learning programming, but I keep getting stuck before I even begin. My Windows setup feels confusing, some software isn’t working properly, and I’m not sure if everything is configured the right way. Instead of writing code, I’m spending all my time trying to figure out system settings and tools. It’s frustrating and slowing me down. If anyone has advice on how to properly set up Windows for programming or where a beginner should start, I’d really appreciate the help.
