Scaling issues: Our product logic is breaking under new features
We are currently in a bit of a nightmare situation with our AI-driven analytics platform. When we started, we used a few popular UI kits and an offshore team to move fast, but now that we’re scaling, everything is falling apart. The onboarding process is so clunky that we’re losing users who took us six months to acquire. It feels like every time we add a new function, the whole UX logic collapses. I’m tired of "yes-men" designers who just provide generic templates or suggest using AI tools for the interface. We need a heavyweight expert who can sit down with the founders and tell us what is actually wrong with our system. Does anyone know a senior-level specialist who handles complex products and isn't afraid to be brutally honest about the UX?
