Hi community! I’m looking for some advice. We are a small startup team, and we’ve reached a point where our "initial" design is starting to hold us back. We used some templates and a couple of AI-assisted tools to get our MVP off the ground, but now that we’re trying to scale, the onboarding is a mess and users are dropping off faster than we can bring them in. I’m tired of working with offshore agencies that just deliver what I ask for without questioning the logic. I need a senior-level specialist who can take a hard look at our UX and tell us why we are losing people. Does anyone know a high-end expert, preferably based in Europe, who works directly with founders and has a "no-nonsense" approach to fixing product logic?
