great for beginners (like me)
has a big community around upgrades you can 3D print or buy
easy to use
great YouTube video on how to put the Ender 3 together
cons:
it takes awhile to put together
leveling the bed takes some time ( you can buy an upgrade so you don have to level it yourself)
recently filament leaked and covered the heat block so I had to buy a new extruder (I don't know what caused the leak but I think something got loose.
