Do I need a painter today?
I manage a small boutique hotel in Central London, and the exterior is starting to look a bit grimy from the city pollution. We have a lot of decorative ironwork and a large wooden storefront that needs a refresh before the summer tourist season kicks in. The main issue is that we can't have scaffolding blocking the entrance for weeks on end, as it ruins the guest experience. Are there exterior decorators who work with cherry pickers or have faster turnaround times for commercial properties that need to stay open during the works?

Commercial decorating is a totally different beast because of the access requirements and the need for speed. We used a firm of exterior painters london for our office building who were able to use specialized lift platforms instead of fixed scaffolding for much of the work. They scheduled the most intrusive painting for the early morning hours to avoid bothering our clients. The result was excellent, and the durability of the industrial-grade paints they used has kept the building looking fresh despite the heavy traffic and smog in our area.
