Epoxy floor in the garage
My husband is very picky. Most of the time, everything is fine, but house renovations are very expensive. He has a garage, essentially a small metal building with a concrete floor. He parks his car there and also stores his compressor and tools. He does woodworking and repairs small engines. The garage was there when we bought the house, but he insulated it, replaced the heater, installed air conditioning, ventilation, lighting, and electrical wiring.
He wants to repaint the exterior, and I agree, but then he started talking about sealing the floor with epoxy.
What do you think? Would you care if the garage floor was bare concrete or epoxy-coated?
