Some people say restoring Lithuanian citizenship with a certificate is straightforward, but others think it can be quite complicated and time-consuming. Has anyone here actually used a certificate to restore their Lithuanian citizenship? I’m thinking about applying, but I’m unsure how much effort is involved in getting that certificate and what kind of legal proof is required. I also wonder whether the process really allows you to keep your current citizenship, or if dual citizenship might cause issues. Does it open doors to working or living in Lithuania easily, or are there hidden hurdles? I’d also like to know how long it took people from start to finish. Any personal experiences or advice would be much appreciated!
