how do i get files i paid for
so, heres the deal. i ordered multiple files a couple of months back. right after i had a death in the family ( my mother) and forgot to download, with everything going on.
once i rembered i returned to download, but theyve closed the links,
ive sent email after email, and also messages on instagram.
but complete radio silence. i am being completey ignored.
