Iron Man Mark 85 Build Update - a detailed look!
Hello all,
A while ago I started working my my first full 3d print suit build and posted my first WIP post!

Since then I have progressed a good bit and would love to detail where I'm at and how I got here!
So...as you see Iv progressed quite a ways..
I am ECSTATIC how my right arm came out! Many ask How do I get it that smooth? .. its not my amazing printer setting, good filament does help, but the post work, WORK is the deciding factor. I THOROUGHLY sand my parts.

By no means am i unique or the first to do this process, but Id love to share with you all what has and hasnt been working for me.
Iv learned PRINT ORIENTATION IS KEY
Messed up shoulders, hand toppers because of it. does wood filler fix it? kinda?
CUSTOMIZING YOUR PRINTER CAN BRING ADVERSE EFFECTS
What do I mean? If it works dont fix it. I did want quieter fans in my Cr10S Pro V2 model, resulted in screwing up my bed level, then octopi, resulted in layer shifting, then nozzle upgrade ti 6mm resulted in fan duct breaking. You get the point? DO i like the upgrades? sure, BUT they took time to tweak and implement into my printer.
