Iron Man MK85 WIP in France
Hi everyone!
My name is Carlos, I'm from México but currently I'm living in France.

I started making the Iron man mark85 suit in November 2020 and the experience has been incredible!
I've learned a lot of things and above all I'm having the time of my life.
I am moving forward at a slow pace but I want to be sure that all the pieces are correctly assembled, functional and with a perfect surface finish (ok, I know it won't be perfect in the end, but i will like it to be as acceptable as possible 😅😀).
This month of March 2021 has been crazy. Even though my armor is in the early stages of fabrication, I was contacted by the local TV news for an interview 👀 ....
This interview opened many doors for me, since, a week later, the national news made an article about the project 😱....
... then I was contacted by the local magazine 😮...
... and this weekend I had a small participation at the Gamers Assembly, a competitive video games and cosplay event recognized in France
I never imagined that I would have such social media exposure, much less with the armor at this stage 😁
I am still in the process of sanding and surface finishing, I still have a long way to go but I am very happy with this great journey and experience.
I hope to show you soon the final result of the armor and I hope to inspire the people who are starting in this amazing world of 3D print Cosplay as I was inspired by this forum 🤖
